The personalised report gives you an evaluation of your current food intake and how active
you are. It sets realistic goals for weight loss and for other factors which may influence your chances of
successful weight management. The report also includes advice on which Shape-Up sections are most likely to
be helpful to you.
The report contains the following sections:
- About your weight
- About your health and lifestyle
- About your eating (1) What are your eating patterns and food intake like at the moment?
- About your eating (2) What influences your eating?
- About your physical activity
- About your body image
Each section consists of questions that will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and you will receive
your Personalised Report immediately.
