Refund and Returns Policy

We are unable to offer any refund on Weight Concern Friends subscriptions, donations or personal reports. Refunds on other purchases made from this website will only be given at the discretion of the Charity's administration, and only if you contact us to cancel your order prior to it being shipped out from the Weight Concern office.

We will exchange damaged or faulty goods if the goods and packaging are returned in original condition to Weight Concern within 14 days.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for 'proof of posting' (free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
