1. Shape-Up Facilitator Training for Health Professionals
  • A 1 day course to learn about the Shape-Up programme and to develop skills to run a successful group


  • Suitable for dietitians, exercise specialists, practice nurses, health trainers, health psychologists, public-health nutritionists who can run Shape-Up groups as part of their professional practice
2. Family-Based Behavioural Management of Childhood Obesity
  • A 3 day course on psychological approaches to treating obesity in children


  • Suitable for dietitians with an interest childhood obesity
